2. Guarantee / Warranty
We do not provide any warranty or guarantee on any product, nor do any third parties.
3. Order Process & Dispatch
After receiving your order request, we process it and share the final bill amount, including delivery and packing charges. Once we receive full payment, we pack and dispatch your order.
4. Tracking Details
We share tracking details with you after scheduling the shipment.
5. COD Facility
We process only prepaid orders. We do not accept or process COD orders.
6. Theft Case
If theft occurs during transit through Porter, courier, or transport services, we do not provide compensation. However, we can raise a complaint with the concerned service provider on your behalf.
7. Unboxing Video
To claim any missing item, you must record a 360-degree unboxing video without pauses or cuts. Without this video, we will not accept any claims. Our support team reviews the video and responds within 24 hours.
8. Damaged Items
We carefully pack all parcels and inspect products—especially glass items—before dispatch. As a result, we do not compensate for any damage caused during transit by Porter, courier, or transport services.
9. Glass Item Protection
We provide bubble wrap for glass items upon customer request and charge extra for it. While this improves protection, it does not guarantee damage prevention.
10. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 4 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. If you cancel the order after scheduling, we deduct delivery and packaging charges from the refund.
11. Delayed Delivery
For delivery delays, email us at thewholesalestreet@gmail.com. We respond within 24 hours.
