3. Order Process & Dispatch

Once we have received your order request, we will process your order and the final bill amount (including delivery & packing charges) will be shared with you. Once we receive the complete payment, your order will be packed and dispatched.

4. Tracking Details

After scheduling the order, tracking details will be shared with you.

5. COD Facility

All the orders will be prepaid only. We will not process any COD orders.

6. Theft Case

During transit (Porter/Courier/Transport), if anything is stolen then we will not be responsible for any compensation. However, we can raise a complaint to the concerned team.

7. Unboxing Video

We request you to make a 360-degree video without pause or cuts to claim any missing item. Without this video, we will not entertain any claims. Our support team will evaluate the video and respond within 24 hours.

8. Damage Item

We always pack parcels safely and check for defective stock (especially glass items) before dispatch. Therefore, any damage caused during transit via Porter/Courier/Transport is non-compensable.

9. Glass Item Protection

We add extra charges for bubble wrap if requested by the customer. This enhances protection but does not guarantee against damage.

10. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier. If you cancel after scheduling, delivery and packaging charges will be deducted from your refund.
